The Martin Luther King, Jr., illustration is from my portfolio (1998). The composition didn't go through many changes, though I did change the hand from a closed fist, and softened the image of the crowd so that it wouldn't take away from the main image of King. This is the final version of the illustration. The project was for A. Williams.
